Due to the nature of vintage, antique and hand-made garments, all items are final sale. That said, if you do have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help find a solution. Please keep in mind that colors may vary based on computer monitor settings. Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to get my little darlings? How long does it take to get my little darlings?

Orders are processed 1–3 business days after receipt.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have not received your purchase within 14 days, please contact us at hello@darlingshopnyc.com and include your order number.

Darling is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Darling is not responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address.
